Jugorje pri Metliki is a small settlement in the Metlika municipality in the Bela Krajina area of southeastern Slovenia. The entire area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Jugovzhodna Slovenija statistical region.[2]
The local church is dedicated to Saint Vitus and belongs to the Suhor parish. It is first mentioned in written documents dating to 1354.[3]
